Housing gives landowners in the new city of Nagaa Hammadi a period of two months to legalize the situation


Engineer Hatem Mahmoud Hassan, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, confirmed that it was decided to open the door to submitting applications for regularization of status for a period of two months from the date of the announcement in the newspapers for holders of lands located within the limits of Republican Decree No. 85 of 2021 regarding the allocation of an area of ​​(25,152.33 acres) ) of the state-owned lands privately owned in Qena governorate for the benefit of the New Urban Communities Authority to be used in the establishment of a new urban community (the new city of Naga Hammadi).

 

The Vice-President of the Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs indicated that applications are submitted to the city authority at its temporary headquarters in the New Qena City Authority, including all documents related to any properties accompanied by ownership documents or the presence document, provided that the application includes (the sequence of ownership - a cadastral identification statement to sign the title deed approved). From the Egyptian General Survey Authority - building licenses or planning and zoning decisions, if any - any correspondence issued by the authorities of the previous state).

 

Engineer Hatem Mahmoud Hassan added that the authority warns all companies, associations, individuals and authorities against taking any actions or attempting to establish any facilities on those lands before referring to the city authority. It is not considered by the authority, while preserving the authority's right to take all measures.

 

Engineer Hatem Mahmoud Hassan stressed that the authority is the only authority with jurisdiction over these lands, and that any transaction on them is carried out only through the city authority, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 59 of 1979 regarding new urban communities, in the interest of the authority for the public interest. and the interests of citizens and protect them from falling into illegal transactions.
