Yemen: The third batch of citizens stranded in India due to Corona arrives in Aden


On Saturday, the third batch of Yemeni citizens stranded in India due to the new epidemic of the Corona virus arrived at Aden International Airport, and included 153 stranded people, bringing the total number of stranded returning to about 456 Yemenis.

 

The Supervisory Committee for the evacuation and return of Yemeni citizens stranded in India, headed by the Assistant Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Aziz Nasher, and all the competent authorities, especially the health front, continue their efforts to return the stranded and take the necessary health measures to ensure the safety of returnees from the emerging corona virus.

 

Aziz Nasher confirmed - according to the Yemeni News Agency - the progress of the procedures for returning Yemeni citizens stranded in India to the homeland as required, praising the efforts of all concerned authorities and medical, technical and security teams by making the necessary arrangements to transport the stranded through Yemen Airways and receive them at Aden International Airport And then transfer them to quarantine in a hotel in Aden, take the necessary health measures and measures, and provide care for them until they leave their homes.
