Lebanon records 46 new cases of the "delta" mutant, and 101 cases of corona

  The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced the registration of 46 new infections with the "delta" mutant of the emerging corona virus, for arrivals from 10 countries.

The ministry indicated - in its daily report - that 101 new cases of coronavirus were recorded, including 75 cases of residents and 26 cases of expatriates, bringing the total number of infections to 545,671 cases, as well as two deaths from the virus, bringing the total to 7,863 cases.

The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health has not announced exclusively the cumulative number of infections with the rapidly spreading mutant since its appearance until today.
