The implementation of 58 thousand housing units in a housing project for all Egyptians in the city of Gardens of the Capital has begun


Eng. Kamal Bahgat, Assistant Vice President of the Urban Communities Authority for the Development and Urban Development Sector, inspected the progress of the President’s initiative project “Housing for All Egyptians” in the Capital Gardens City, accompanied by the Authority’s technical support group, and Engineer Adel Abdel Aziz, Head of the Capital Gardens City Development Authority, and officials of the Authority And a number of representatives of companies executing the works.

 

During their tour of the site, the housing officials inspected the progress of work on road projects, utilities, electricity works, and coordination of the general site of the project. As well as paying the work of service projects necessary to serve the residents of housing units after their delivery.

 

During their tour, ministry officials stressed the need for companies executing the project to adhere to the schedule, specifications and quality in implementation, and to quickly complete the work to deliver the units to the barriers as soon as possible.

 

It is worth noting that the Capital Gardens City is underway to implement 26,976 housing units "model (3 rooms + hall"), with an investment value of 6.9 billion pounds, with advanced completion rates. Within the President's initiative, "Housing for All Egyptians," the low-income axis.

 

The implementation of another 32,088 housing units, "3 rooms + lounge" model within the low-income axis, was initiated by the president's initiative "The Fourteenth Declaration" in the 2,350-acre area, with an investment value estimated at 8 billion pounds, and a number of services were planned and started in the city, including (2 bakeries - 7 schools - 11 small commercial markets "8 shops" - 8 nurseries - 6 five-a-side playgrounds - 4 health units - 20 investment services - gas station - mini youth center - regional parking - police station).
