Lewandowski responds to his critics with a decisive goal against Spain

Poland's Robert Lewandowski responded to his skeptics and critics on the pretext that he did not score as many goals with his country as he does with his team Bayern Munich, by scoring a decisive goal against Spain, forcing everyone to raise the hat to him.

Poland owes its credit to Lewandowski for maintaining its hopes. Coach Paulo Sousa also played a big role in appearing in this distinguished defensive level against La Roja, but Lewandowski was the one who grabbed the spotlight completely.

After the 1-2 defeat against Slovakia, the trio of Lewandowski, the dismissed Grigor Krechowiak, the goalkeeper and Vucic Szczesny received a great deal of criticism, especially the Bayern striker, who only had three non-dangerous chances.

Comparisons between Lewandowski, Bayern Munich and Poland, are repeated because the numbers are not in favor of the player if international tournaments are addressed. Lewandowski scored one goal during Euro 2012 in Poland and Ukraine and another in Euro 2016 in France, and scored two goals during the 2018 World Cup.
