A summit between Belgium and Croatia .. and England hosts Romania in preparation for "Euro 2020"

Several European teams are playing strong friendly matches this evening, Sunday, as part of their last preparations for the next edition of the European Nations Cup "Euro 2020", which will be held from June 11 to July 11.

The Belgium team will host its Croatian counterpart, in the most prominent friendly confrontations tonight at the "King Baudouin" stadium, at exactly nine o'clock in the evening, as this meeting is the last rehearsal for the two teams before "Euro 2020".

The Belgian national team is playing in the second group of the European Nations Championship alongside the teams: Russia, Denmark and Finland.

Belgium tied the last friendly match with its Greek counterpart, 1-1, at the "King Baudouin" stadium, in the capital, Brussels.

Croatia will compete in Group D of Euro 2020, which includes England, Scotland and the Czech Republic.

The positive tie settled the confrontation of the Croatian national team and its guest of Armenia, with a goal for each of them, in the friendly match that was held between them last Tuesday evening.

For his part, Spain coach Roberto Martinez announced the participation of Real Madrid stars, Eden Hazard and goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, during the friendly match against Croatia, after they were absent from the friendly Greece.

Today, at 6 pm, the England national team will meet its guest, Romania, at the “Riverside Stadium”.

England will play in the upcoming European Nations in Group D, along with Croatia, Scotland and the Czech Republic.

The England team had won a difficult victory over its counterpart Austria, with a clean goal, in the friendly match that brought the two teams together, on Wednesday evening, at the “Riverside” stadium.

Several other friendly matches are also held in preparation for the European Nations today, as follows: Netherlands x Georgia, Austria x Slovakia, Denmark x Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway x Greece.
