3.5 million people in Morocco have received the first dose vaccination against the Corona virus

The Moroccan Ministry of Health announced that the total number of Moroccans who received a vaccine against the emerging corona virus reaches 3435,997 people until today.

A Moroccan health statement stated that 108,139 people had received the vaccine during the past 24 hours, and added that 161,109 people had received the second dose of the vaccine against the virus.

It is reported that Morocco has received 7 million doses of the vaccine against the virus, including 6 million doses of AstraZenka vaccine manufactured in India, and one million doses of the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine.

The Moroccan Ministry of Health announced the past few days that blood tests would be conducted in educational institutions, including students from 16 to 18 years old, as well as administrative and educational officials, in a move aimed at curbing the spread of Corona virus strains before the situation got out of control.

The Moroccan Ministry of Health announced the start of the second phase of vaccination against the virus since February 23 for the age group from 60 to 64 years in the framework of expanding the vaccination cycle.
